The Sprunk Wedding- #SprunkInLove

Katie and jeff both met in the woods of Northern MN while attending Bemidji State University. In August 2015, she borrowed a pencil from him in management class and they began talking after that. After many months of Katie trying to impress Jeff, they finally became official in April 2016. After multiple hints of Katie telling Jeff she was ready for a ring, he popped the question May 4th, 2019 at a Garth Brooks concert.

The bride grew up right here in Waseca MN. Her family was more than welcoming when they first met Jeff. He said he could tell she was from a small town right away, as every welcomed him with open arms and a Busch Latte.

The groom grew up about an hour north of here in Robbinsdale MN. The bride said he has a ‘big ol’ family’ which was a little intimidating at first, but they were all great, making her feel like a part of the family from the start.

Both the bride and groom enjoy traveling, touring breweries/wineries, and game nights with friends. Most importantly they love spending time with their puppy Killian.

Now that the wedding stress is over, the happy couple plan on having a ‘mini moon’ in Scottsdale AZ and then spend their 1 year anniversary on a honeymoon to Hawaii. In the meantime, they will spend their time enjoying being husband and wife and creating memories.

Why did they chose The Mill

They chose it for its wide open space, and the versatility that it provides.

The Mill was decorated by Vanilla & Gold and the florals were from Zinnias. The Mill’s rustic charm provided the perfect background for the beautiful decor.

The food for their special day was catered in by Pride Prairie Farm and was absolutely delicous.

Guests and the wedding party was kept entertained all night by Instant Request, DJ David James.

What was their favorite part of the day?

Bride: “Jeff’s reaction to our first look-I will never forget it. Oh and thunderstruck”

Groom: “Seeing Katie for the first time & thunderstruck”

Both: “Having all our friends and family there with us on our special day. Words cannot express how thankful we are to have all of you in our lives and we are forever grateful for you”

Congrats to the beautiful couple. We wish you many happy years ahead of you!
